Since 2011, L Dey Road Sarada Society (LDSS) has been working to empower marginalized tribal communities in Purulia through sustainable livelihoods, food security, education, health, and women’s empowerment. Guided by transparency, integrity, and compassion, we aim to create self-reliant, dignified, and inclusive communities. Guided by values of transparency, integrity, compassion, and excellence, we work closely with communities, government agencies, and partner organizations to create sustainable and inclusive development. We believe true change comes from empowering people with knowledge, opportunities, and access to essential services.
